The EGW meets on the first Wednesday of every month (except January) at 7pm at The Little Thetford Village Hall.

The Guild was formed in 1988 to provide a place for established woodturners and beginners alike to get together, learn and improve their skills. Many years later, we still meet up to pursue this aim and welcome new members of all abilities. A typical club night consists of a professional demonstration, raffle, tea and coffee break and occasional sales of wood and tools.

Our web site shows our calendar of forthcoming events. Occasionally club nights at the village hall are replaced by on-line demonstrations by registered professional turners.

A weekly class to improve your strength & balance. The class includes seated strengthening and supported standing balance exercises, a great way to gain confidence and reduce your risk of falling.

The Parish Council welcomes you to Little Thetford. We are a small but active community with many clubs, societies and activities for all ages that you can enjoy. The best way of meeting people is to participate in these groups which are invariably informal in nature. Please take at look at the website for any exciting developments within the village.

The Little Thetford Sports and Social Club is situated behind the Village hall and accessed via a side entrance just as you're making your way to the playing field.

We are always open to new members, just pick up a membership form from the bar.
